Food at the Blue Coyote Bar & Grill is Mouthwatering

The Blue Coyote Bar & Grill in Palm Springs is a treat...

Recently my brother had to go to Palm Springs, CA for a business trip and I got to tag along. It was awesome and one of the great highlights was having the chance for a fabulous dinner at the Blue Coyote Bar & Grill on Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs.

We started our meal with a liquid appetizer i.e. drinks! My choice was the wild coyote margarita made with gold tequila, orange curacao and fresh lime juice. Smooth and delicious.

Our group ordered two Aztec fiesta platters of red & blue taquitos, cheese quesadillas, carnitas, pollo naranja strips, guacamole, sour cream and pico de gallo. These were fantastic with the margaritas.

For dinner, I couldn't help myself and had to order the chuleta de rez a la parrilla - an unbelievable porterhouse steak marinated in Mexican goodness of olive oil, fresh garlic, red wine vinegar, crushed red peppers & bay leaves broiled perfectly, with mushrooms, white wine, brown sauce, & diced red bell peppers. YUM!!!!!!!!!!
